We live in Tampa … More and bought our Denago City Cart completely sight-unseen over the phone. There were some challenges along the way (all completely outside of World Class’s control), yet the team stayed on top of everything, and communicated constantly! A quality dealership that genuinely cares is hard to find in the golf cart industry and the way World Class Golf Carts addressed these challenges spoke more about their integrity and commitment to customer service than a flawless experience ever could have and I couldn’t be happier we choose the dealership we did!
The absolute clincher came the night before Thanksgiving, in the middle of insane holiday traffic, when instead of rescheduling our delivery they personally drove our new cart all the way from Oak Hill to Tampa and delivered it to our door at 10:00PM so we’d have it ready for family & friends the next day. I’m still blown away. That’s not just going the extra mile; that’s going 150+ miles in the dark on a holiday eve because they genuinely care!
The Denago City Cart itself is fantastic; build quality is top-notch, rides like a dream, and the lithium battery range is unreal. But honestly, the cart is almost secondary to the experience of dealing with this team — I couldn’t be more confident should we ever have any issues that they will be there for us to get it resolved 1000%
